Usable Hours Package Instructions
Thanks for the opportunity to support you and your business initiatives. I’m excited to get started working with you! Inside your portal, you will find a task request form.
*Please fill out the form for each task you would like the Mountain Cane Media team to complete.
This allows us to organize and manage your project, helping to ensure that we don’t miss action items.
Here are the types of tasks we can support you with:
- Research (podcast research, market research, program/offer research, hashtag research, etc.)
- Social media scheduling
- Social media engagement
- Social media reporting
- Inputting provided blog content and scheduling blogs
- Data entry
- Database organization
- Transcriptions of videos or meetings
- Survey creation
- Inbox management and clean up
- and anything agreed upon by Mountain Cane Media and the Client.
For any task or project, simply provide the details, attachments, or links needed and we will send the completed work back to you within the specified deadline all within this website.
We can take care of one-off or recurring monthly tasks for you. Please note the frequency to be completed (i.e. daily, weekly, first of the month, etc.).
Completion Timeline:
- Most tasks that would normally take 1-4 hours can usually be completed within the span of two business days.
- Expect projects that take longer than 4 hours to be completed within three to five business days.
- For rush projects that take 4 or more hours to be completed, with less than a 2-day turnaround, we will track your time at time and a half. This policy is in place so that our team can manage their time more efficiently and ensure that all deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Project work will be delivered by 6pm ET on your due date. If we foresee any delays, we will reach out.
12 hours for $600. Your usable hours package expires 90 days from purchase.

Your Portal Explained:
Please use the home tab to access the task request form. We will add a progress map and other items in this space as necessary during the course of our work together.
Please use the files tab to send me files and receive them from me as well. If your files are bigger than 100mb, you could put a DropBox or Drive link in the description field instead.
Please use the password manager tab to send and receive usernames and passwords to your logins. Please note that passwords are stored using 256-bit AES encryption.
