Let’s create a strategy for your business that is easy to follow and manage, in order to help you achieve your goals. This strategy will give you the tools and resources you need for success, as well as the accountability and structure to keep you on track.

With 3 advancement calls a month and through weekly audits, we will work with you on your objectives in sequence, ensuring you are on target to reach your goals and achieve them right away.

Initial Strategic Planning Session

We meet for 60 minutes to discuss your goals and projects, introduce our proposed initiatives, and come up with a list of potential high-priority key results and deadlines for you and your team.

Strategic Growth Revisions

All good plans need re-evaluation. After the implementation of your initial efforts, we analyze and expand on your current results by leveraging any strengths we noticed that are already drawing in attention, thus optimizing your strategic blueprint.

Accountability

Our coaching sessions will help you through individual, incremental support around a specific objective from your strategic roadmap. Submit assets for feedback so that you (or your team) can get the best results for your business.

What’s Included in Your Package

Strategic Planning
- Determine your current position and where you want to be, prioritizing the tasks needed to reach your goals. You and I will divide and conquer, each implementing things from the strategic plan.
Weekly Audits
- Submit assets for review and feedback such as tech automation, social media content, landing pages, etc.
1:1 Strategy Calls
- Workflow development, project mapping, and systems/process improvement. Get unstuck in a specific area of your business. We meet weekly for 3 calls out of the month (60-90 min each), with the fourth week for your to take action and get things done.
Private Message Support
- Private access to the Mountain Cane Team inside your client portal.
Metrics
- Analyze and set metrics based on your objectives with our metrics library.

Investment

3-month minimum at $1000/month

Contract

By submitting payment below through this website, you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in this contract and enter into a legally binding agreement with Art with Alex, LLC DBA Mountain Cane Media.
